The University of Cambridge recently organized a fundraising event with many celebrities participating and it took place in the legendary King’s College Chapel which is 500-years-old. What made this even more extraordinary is the work of artist Miguel Chevalier whose impressive projections turned alive this ancient edifice and made it truly incredible as you can see in photos below.
Prominent names which gave speeches at this fundraising event were Sir Ian McKellen, Sir David Attenborough, and Stephen Hawking. For every speech, Chevalier used different projections across the entire space to bring visitors into the proper dimension.
The name of this truly amazing installation is ‘Dear World … Yours, Cambridge’ and if you want to see more of Chevalier’s work check out his website.
