Dogs can be soldiers and they can also bravely serve their country. One dog was so good in her job, protecting her fellow soldiers in Afghanistan, that Taliban had a bounty on her head. Her name is Taylor also known as Tay-Tay and Prince Taylor and this is not a story about her brave war accomplishments, but about her retirement and heart-warming reunion with her war partner Sgt. Tom Hanson.
When military dogs come to the end of their service, they’re usually put to adoption, and priority belongs to the soldiers who served with them in the army side by side. However, this process can be complicated and costly, but thanks to one generous woman it can be a bit easier. Molli Oliver is a flight attendant and true dog lover. So, she joined this two parts of her life in order to help military men and women to reunite with the dogs they served with. She uses her own money to bring with her on the flight military dogs home so that their soldiers can adopt them and give them forever loving homes.
In the video below you can watch the moment of reunion of Taylor and her daddy Sgt. Tom Hanson. It was very emotional meeting, clearly showing the strength of the bond between the two made during hard war time. If you want to make more hearts warm, please share this incredible moment with your friends.
