These are the ingredients you will need: Mini Lemon Tarts, 1 unbaked pie crust, 1 jar lemon curd, 1 T. powered sugar, the hardware you need is a mini muffin pan and some flower shaped cookie cutter
First step is to unroll the pie crust and cut out as many flowers as you can. Make sure to pre-roll the scraps to cut more flower, you should be able to get 12 flowers out of your dough
Now place each flower piece in the center of the a muffin hole, fold alternate petals inward and push the dough gently down the bottom. Don’t forget to push the outer petals down on the muffin pan sides. Try to get this similar to the photo bellow
Before cooking, prick each flower with a fork twice, now bake a 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes until it is golden brown then remove them using a fork gently
Now fill each shed with a few tablespoons of the lemon curd
Dust everything with powdered sugar and you’re all done!
