Eagles battling in the snow or a tiger prowling the grass of India and a volcano in Chile. These are just some of the amazing images that took part in the Sony World Photography Awards. So far this year’s ” open category submission that was sent to the World Photography Organization were a variety of nature shots and wildlife from around the world.
All the winning and shortlisted photographers will be featured in a global press campaign in London in April 2016, The winner of the campaign will win $5,000 and flights tickets to the awards. The awards was started in 2008 and it’s dedicated to supporting photographic culture and is open to all photographers of all levels. Check out some of the images below
