These Realistic Pencil Drawings By Monika Lee Are Life Changing

Everybody say hi to Monika Lee , Monike is an artists specialising in pencil drawings, she is so good that if we just showed you her work you would have been sure they are photographs , thats how good she is. in fact, she is even better then that because her work looks better then most photos. and you get our point . Monika has been a digital artist for 12 years before she finally decided to go after her childhood dream and become a illustrator , the drawings you see below are so detailed that it sometimes take Lee 3-4 weeks to finish a single piece. the level of detail is something that is pretty rare even in the illustrator world and she some how manages to bring in emotions and life to her work, every person she draws could easily be someone brother or sister, the flaws and imperfections is what makes her work so amazing , some of her drawings are based on pictures by other artist, the girl with the glasses is a piece by Marteline Nystad . Monika’s father work in the photography field and Lee mentions that she have an admiration to photography . ” I grew up appreciating the value of photographs . thats why i prefer the photo-realist style compared to other styles. And recently i came across the work of Dirk Dzimirsky and Paul Cadden . Their realism works with just graphic pencils totally blew me away! and i want to be able to do that. ” We think you’re there yet and your work is awesome !
