London based photographer and artist Ellie Davies creates surreal portraits of forests that glow with mystical fairy lights and mist.
The captivating shots are created in natural areas throughout the UK, the woods play the role of her canvas and fireflies illuminate the trees. Davis says she likes to explore images that juxtapose human natural elements, calling attention to the sharp divide between the personal identity and the interconnectivity.
