The food represents a great deal of every nation culture. Some of the national kitchens are famous and the whole world embraced some of their meals, like the Italian for example (somebody said Pizza?!). In this gallery, we will show you some weird food that’s not so famous meals from all around the world which probably most of you haven’t try. They’re, as you will see in the photos, mildly put, weird. Yes, we should not judge the meals we haven’t tasted, but I dare you to do that going through this gallery!

Description: made from bull penis and testicles

This is a soup with boiled cow leg that is mainly served in Turkey and the middle east

Served in China, also known as ” virgin boy eggs ” because it is eggs boiled in boy’s urine
23: Scorpion
Mainly served in Thailand and China, it is said that when you fry the scorpion the venom in their tail is neutralized and it has a buttery popcorn taste
24: Blodplättar
Served mainly in Sweden and it is similar to blood pudding but this type the pork is placed in a pancake form
25: Cicada
These noisy little bugs are usually deep fried with spices and you can get them in the USA, Japan, Malaysia and Thailand
26: This weird food is a Muktuk
This is a frozen whale skin that is served with salt and is eaten raw, usually in Greenland
27: shiokara
Fermented squid guts that are mixed with the squid’s gastric juices and seasoned with a bit of miso, salt, soy sauce, sake, red pepper, and yuzu peel. Usually served in Japan,
28: Waxworms
A cross between pine nut and enoki mushroom is the taste of these roasted waxworms
29: Guinea pig
You can get this in South America, you can fry it or grill it and it tastes like a combo of pork, rabbit and you kids dreams.
30: Southern fried rattlesnake
Get it in the USA, it has been said to have a light and unique flavour
31: Mosquito eggs
Get it in Mexico, dry them and roast them.
