Apparently, this unidentified woman, assumed to be from Eastern Europe, has accidentally used expanding builder’s foam instead of hair mousse. The result of this mistake you can see on the photo below. The photo is probably taken in a hospital while she was waiting for doctor’s help, obviously unhappy with the situation. If we assume that everything has passed without greater health consequences, we can look at the funnier side of this incident and say: This is how the ultimate bad hair day looks like.
