I have no idea who created this deep fried Reuben Balls recipe, but he is a GENIUS! It’s delicious beef rolled up with cheese and deep fried, what could go wrong. If you haven’t tried it yet, you really need to get up your ass and do it now! Come on, do it now I’ll wait. Tell us how good it was in the comments. And believe me, these Reuben Balls are amazing!
Take your corn beef slice, try and make it the same size as in this picture
Place a small slice of swiss cheese on it, because cheese right?
Dollop Sauerkraut, you must place the dollop sauerkraut
Roll it nice and tight – just like the picture below, roll these Reuben balls just right
Rinse and repeat with all the slices, the more balls the better
Take your blitz rye bread ( or any other bread )
Now crush it! Make sure to crush them good
Make your beer batter by following this:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 tbs baking soda
1 tbs salt
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs black pepper
1 can of cheap beer
This is how everything should look like in the bowl
Mix it – but don’t over do it, batter needs to be thick
Dunk your rolls or balls inside and cover them
Did i stutter? Dunk them good!
Coat them in the bread crumbs. That’s the most important part
Don’t stop until they look like this. Just like yummy Balls

Deep fry it – 350F for 3-4 minutes. No less, no more
Pull it apart to make sure it looks like this inside
Dunk it – YUM!…..wait for it………
