OK so this is the end result – if what you make looks different, you did it wrong
Unlike what a lot of people think, chicken nuggets need to be small, so start by cutting the piece to 1/2-inch stripes
Than cut it again to cubes – we do this so each nugget will cook fast enough before the breading gets dark
Keep going until you got a pile, usually two big chicken breasts will go a long way
Now lets make the breading, pour some flour into a bowl, add the seasoned salt
Now add regular salt and pepper
Stir everything together with a fork and let it rest for a while
Take a new bowl and crack open two eggs
Add a little water
Now whisk them together and set them aside
In a third bowl, pour some breadcrumbs
Now comes the fun part, grab a few pieces of chicken and throw them in the flour
Roll them around and shake to get rid of excess
Now drop them into the egg wash
Let them in for just a second a quickly remove them
Now drop them into the breadcrumbs
Now toss them to coat
After breading them put them on a baking sheet or plate
Keep going until all of the chicken is breaded – at this point you can either make them now or freeze them for later
Lets make them now! Heat some vegetable oil in a a large skillet on medium to low heat. when the oil is ready drop the chicken
You need to keep the heat on a steady temp so the bread wont gets dark too quickly
When they are in a deep gold shade take them out to a paper sheet plate
Keep going until all the nuggets are done
