People may tell you it’s crazy to make sushi. Fu*k that negativity!
1: Start out with two cups of rice
2: Pour cold water in, to milk it, fill the pan, stir and repeat until the water is clear
3: Mushy mushy, work your hands into it. get all that white stuff out of the rice
4: Now lets put 2 cups of water into the pan, that’s 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of water, put it on heat and let it boil
5: Now take a new small bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
6: Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of salt
7: Once the rice starts boiling, cover the pot, reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 15 minutes
8: Let’s make a sushi sweet dipping sauce – pour some soy sauce in a small bowl with a bit of sriracha and squeeze a bit of lime too, now add some brown sugar and water
9: Boil this thing to get rid of sugar that didn’t dissolve
10: Once it boils, take it off the heat and let it cool down
11: Once the 15 minutes are over, take the rice off the heat and let it cool off for another 10 minutes and go play with your dog
12: You can transfer the rice to a glass bowl and pour the rice vinegar mix and stir it good, everything should be really sticky by now
13: The rice should stick to your fingers with ease
14: Now let’s prepare the ingredients, we use Avocado, cream cheese and crab sticks, but you can use whatever you like, cut everything into sticks
15: Before you start wrap the rolling tool with paper
16: Now get everything ready, it’s going to get sticky folks
17: Bring forth the seaweed!
18: Take one slice of it out – look it so shiny
19; Now flip it over to the rough side
20: Let’s get wet, always get your hands wet before you do anything!
21: Put rice on the rough side and smooth it a little bit, don’t press so hard but try to get it smooth evenly
22: This is what happens when you don’t get your hands wet
23: Lay the ingredients close to you
24: Lift one end up
25: Use your fingers to cover the ingredients while you lift more
26: Keep going until ends touch and use both hands
27: Go past that and roll it further
28: Squeeze it a little bit before releasing, and there is you log!
29: Get a knife all wet, and cut the roll however you like
30: DONE! Does this mean you are a chef now? hell yeah!….wait for it….
