This is yummy
Cut a potato to thin slices, nobody can slice 1/8 inch thin so just do your best, than wash the slices in water and dry them off
Next lets place them all on some aluminum paper and spray olive oil all over and some salt. now bake it for 20 – 25 minutes at 218 C or 425 F
When its nice and crispy, almost done, take it out and place cheese over it, then bake again for another 5 – 10 minutes until cheese is melted
Once it’s done take it out and with a spoon place some cream cheese over the top and some chopped green onions
