Meet Michael and Carissa, the couple AKA Us the Duo met on a set of a music video and immediately hit it off. They became collaborators and played together online where they shared videos of themselves singing love songs, covers and duets. Finally in 2012 they got married and decided to perform an original song on their wedding instead of traditional wedding vows. Last year the couple became the first Vine stars to sign with a a major label when they signed with Republic Records.
Fast forward four years later and Michael and Carissa can look back at their crazy journey with pride and love. They just released a new single ” Slow Down Time ” a power-pop duet about staying connected and in love through this crazy life. The couple was invited to Buzzfeed offices in New York to talk about the differences of dating and being married. Check it out below
