A recent study showed that roughly 22 U.S veterans take their own life every day, that’s about one every 65 minutes.
In a project called ” The Veteran Vision Project ” photographer, Devin Mitchell has traveled around the United States documenting the lives of veterans through semi-surreal portraits. He connects with them, get in their home and let them choose their own props, costumes, poses and who else would be featured in the photos, the gallery captures life with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD . We love the fact he used real Veterans for this project and not just paid models. If you want to see more pictures and learn more about this, follow this link: Veteranvisionproject
