A Guy Drove Drunk People Home. But His Reason Will Totally Surprise You

There is always a story behind a promise..

This promise card is from a 14 years old girl from Ohio , and while you think this is just a nice gesture you need to hear the full story . Two kids in her school system recently committed suicide , sometimes kids cant handle life and everything seems overwhelming and they do crazy things. We dont know how to make this stop , so we make a promise and do what we can

Sometimes its just a promise to remember whats important in life

Paige is a baker , she wanted to help some one in need with her talent, with the non profit organization she was connected with a family that had requested a birthday cake for their newborn son , the baby was diagnosed with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia which is a serious and chronic lung condition that affects newborn babies . Paige have heard they were hoping for something like ” half vanilla , half chocolate cake with a jungle theme ” , she did the best she could and then boxed the cake for a 2.5 hour drive to deliver it.the last picture you see here is the cake boxed and buckled up for safety , her fiance drove and she spend the whole drive just watching the box and making sure it would get there in one piece

 

A little boy’s promise

“In 2013 i was stopped 0.6 miles from the finish line at the boston marathon due to the explosions. My family was waiting for me at the finish line, luckily they made it to safety and it was hours before we found each other , i was running to raise money for the Boston children’s hospital and was able to raise $10,000 with the help of my friends and family for the past two years, nothing was going to stop me from crossing the finish line in 2014 . it has been my dream to run the Boston Marathon and last year it was stolen from me .I made a ” because i said i would ” running t-shirt for the race with my family names and girlfriend names on the back with the Boston heart logo ”

 

Because i said i would is a social movement and a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the betterment of humanity through promise made and kept. You may have heard about it from the drunk driver confession video that they filmed last year that went viral but its not about confessions, and not about drunk driving. Its about making a promise to do whats right…and there is a lot to do.
