You probably know this by now, but it’s worth repeating: The Rock’s workout routine is insane! He gets up every morning at the crack of dawn and does his cardio, eats, then hits the weights for a solid 60 to 90 minutes. Think about it, before you even wake up this man has already burned bazillion calories and consumed enough food to feed a small tribe.In the picture below, Dwayne reminded us how sick his leg days are with this picture:

15 reps – pyramid up in weight, third set being the heaviest
Squats
Single-Leg Leg press
Walking Lunges (20 steps w/dumbbells)

Seated Leg Curls
CALVES
Three sets per exercise
25 reps
Leg Press Single-Leg Calf Raise
Standing Single-Leg Calf Raise w/dumbbells
