Having a bad day? Finding yourself saying fuck my life a lot? Maybe your goldfish died or your girlfriend dumped you? Well, I know nobody really likes to hear this, but it could be worse. I mean really, it could be way worse. There’s proof of that on the internet. I used to spend hours on FMyLife.com, just reading about all the unfortunate happenings in other people’s lives. It really gives you perspective on your own life and helps you to realize “yes! I’m going to be okay, but these people are fucked.”
So anytime you’re feeling down and someone tells you “it could be worse” and you don’t believe them. Turn to the internet. It’s wrought with miserable people. People that are way more miserable than you.
