Creativity never dies , this little craft proves it ! with only a sock and some everyday objects you too can make a really cool snowman ! ( scroll for video ) here’s how :
1 : This is everything you need : Scissors , wide tape , super glue , pins , thread , white terry sock , buttons , scrap fabric and about 1 kg of rice
2 : Cut off the foot part of the sock just a few inches before the heel , don’t worry , the foot part is going to be a hat later
3 : And the heel part is going to be the body
4 : Turn it to the left side before you tie the end with a thread
5 : Take a piece of thread and wrap the end part of the cut sock very tight with it
6 : Like so
7 : Now turn it back to the right side
8 : Take the wide tape ring and pull the cuff of the sock through it , you can stretch it on the tape ring to make it more comfortable to pour rice in
9 : Pour the rice inside the sock , the more you pour , the more “fat ” your snow man will be
10 : With your hands , shape the snowman body a little bit before you tie it up and make the head
11 : Tie the top to close to body , make sure its firm so no rice falls out
12 : Cut the thread left over
13 : To shape the head just tie a thread around the ” neck ” a few times
14 : Now its the creative part, we need to put some clothes on it
15 : Use a little fabric left over to give it a scarf
16 : Use the heel part to make a cool hat , just fold it a few times until its in the right shape
17 : Pour some super glue on a button and stick it to the snowman belly
18 : Now this is the most important part , the face ! take three pins and give it a personality
