In 1975 a photographer called Nicholas Nixon decided to a picture of his wife and three sisters who at that time was at ages of 15 to 25 . Next year he suggested they will do it again and after that he said hey , lets make this an annual tradition , the sisters agreed and since that day they have taken 40 pictures , one every year . in every picture the sisters stand in the same place : Heather , Mimi , Babe and Laurie.
