Ladies And Gentlemen, Corporate America And The World
The world is filled with smartphone zombies.
The pursuit of happiness by society’s standards ends in tragedy.
Our fast food nation leaves people immobile,
and our thirst for wealth causes us to do the unthinkable.
It seems that we’re all in a rat race that leads nowhere.
Our beloved past times are crippling and depressing.
And yet we choose to be enslaved to technology and other facets of life that were created by us for our enjoyment.
We are willing to throw the world away if it means earning a few extra dollars.
In our hearts, we long to be free from the constraints brought about by corporate America.
But it seems that the system has a strong hold on our minds.
Holidays are even controlled by “the man.”
And let’s not even get to the deceptiveness of broadcast…
Television has a way of depicting the world in a beautiful state while, in reality, everything is falling apart.
The shrewd win and the meek lose; or at least that’s how it feels for some.
However, it only takes one person to stand up and declare, “I’ve had enough!”
Perhaps that’s what Steve Cutts is proclaiming in the above satirical depiction of the world. Learn more about the artist on his website and Facebook.
